   .   It will take us 5-10 days to process your order based on products
   .   Delivery time varies for different products. The product page carries the time required to ship an item.
  .  Standard delivery is between 7-10 days however due to certain styles and their availability it may take another 5-7 business days.

  Shipping Costs

    .  Shipping rates are calculated by piece (we pay the weight difference).
    .  Shipping costs however for each additional item are reduced, therefore, the larger the order, the lower the rate.

Order Tracking
    .  After an order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail
    .  You can track orders status easily by logging into your account and checking order status in the My Orders Menu
    .  For any assistance in order tracking you can always reach to our customer care numbers via WhatsApp or direct calls.

  Return Policy - No Questions Asked Return Policy

   .   For us, customer satisfaction is of utmost priority
   .  We are offering No-Questions-Asked-Return-Policy, so if you don't need the product you can return it
   .  To Return Product, follow the easy process - Login to your customer account - My Orders Menu - Selected Product - Press Return Button
   .  We will return your 100% product payment once the product is received to our warehouse.
    .  Just make sure before returning the product -
        Item has not been worn.
        Item is not altered/tailored in any form.
        Item must be returned within 5 days of delivery if return is applicable to the product

   .  If the item was custom-tailored as per customer-provided measurements, then return will not be applicable.
